Nitin Kubal _ SHAME ON MUNICIPAL COMMISSIONER AJOY MEHTA AND OFFICER ON SPECIAL DUTY RAMNATH JHA FOR MESSING UP WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2034
May we know from both of you what was the tearing hurry to publish the draft revised Development Plan and whom were you trying to impress ( Political Bosses ). If as per your own admission, there are mistakes galore in the revised draft DP, then why was this DP plan published in first place.
How can you CHANGE THE HORSES MID STREAM?
We are on 57th day of 60 days mandatory objections/suggestions period. In the mistakes admitted by BMC on the 57th day, the following mistakes have substancial bearing for the persons who wish to file their objections/ suggestions.
- Buffer zones missed out
- some places and roads misaligned
- spillover of zones
- inaccuracies in marking of water bodies
- widths of roads measured wrong
MR. MEHTA/MR.JHA - Can you guide people as to how they can file their mandatory objections/suggestions to the said mistakes without knowing the actual roads which have been wrongly marked with incorrect width.
Can you guide us as to how people will know which road widths are measured wrongly without plans?
WE DEMAND THAT ALL DULY CORRECTED REVISED DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLANS BE MADE PUBLIC IMMEDIATELY .
WE DEMAND THAT WE THE HONEST TAX PAYERS MAY BE GRANTED EXTENSION OF TIME ( 60 DAYS ) TO FILE OBJECTIONS/SUGGESTIONS FROM TODAY.
BOTH OF YOU MR.MEHTA/MR. JHA HAVE MADE A MOCKERY OF THE WHOLE MRTP ACT.
WE DEMAND THAT BOTH OF YOU TWO RESPONSIBLE OFFICIALS OWE AN EXPLANATION TO US.
ON MORAL AND ETHICAL GROUNDS WE DEMAND THAT BOTH OF YOU DEMIT YOUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.
