GROUND FLOOR

a) sitout/ front porch

• shift door position either forward in alignment with drawing wall or move into the sitout and door orientation perpendicular to current layout. reduction of space can be compensated by removing the dwarf wall with entry steps

b) drawing

• main switchboard to be shifted closer to the door
• to avoid tubelights and consider an alternative white light option in all rooms
• exterior or compound lighting proposed uniformly on the ground floor and controlled at drawing and bedroom 01

c) bedroom 01

• change position of the bed against the wall instead of the present arrangement against the window
• with bed change all switches to be shifted close to bed.
• fan should be aligned to the centre of bed
• night light provisions at foot level approximately 2 feet height
• bathroom plug point for razor and dryer
• controls of terrace lights both at first floor and second to be provided in bedroom 01
• controls to exterior lights provided in bedroom 01

d) corridor

• fan to be added in centre of corridor
• spot lights on either sides of fan instead of tube lights
• spot lights inside storage
• provision of phone to be provided in corridor, closer to kitchen

e) bedroom 02

• washbasin missing in toilet, provision to be provided for the same
• bathroom plug point for razor and dryer
• night light provisions at foot level approximately 2 feet height
• fan to be over the bed

f) skylight

• lights to be dropped from ceiling into dining hall
• spotlights to be considered in surrounding zones
• perched revolving fan to be provisioned for

g) entertainment/ garden area

• plug points for tv, gaming console, music system
• light at the door into the garden to be reconsidered
• mb in porch to be moved into internal wall of garden area
• fan to be added in the entertainment area

h) porch

• lighting to be reconsidered
• switch at the entrance instead of the end
• light to be provided at the doorway from porch to staircase

i) bedroom 03

• light to be given over wash, presently not shown
• nightlight to be provided

j) kitchen

• reconsider the island and move counter to the end/ against the wall
• counter next to the fridge to extend till wall
• wash area not shown in plan
• stove and exhaust not shown in plan
• provision for all anticipated kitchen appliances to be considered
• lighting to be provided over the wash, working and cooking counters
• wc to open from the external wall
• minimal facilities to be accommodated for hired help such as bed and storage at the entrance to covered area

TENANT FLAT

m) bedroom 01

• position of bed to be moved away from window
• lighting to be revised accordingly
• bathroom in both bedrooms to have moderate provisions for dressing area therefore revised

• monkey ladder to be removed
• skylights to have indirect lighting/ ventilation
